Course:  COMM 434: Advanced Oral Presentation Skills

Approximate Travel Cost:  $2,865 + airfare
The trip includes:
  • Accommodation in shared apartments
  • Metro and bus travel pass
Guided tours with entrances to:
  • The Forum
  • Vatican museums
  • Sistine Chapel
  • St. Peter's Basilica
Walking tours of:
  • Pantheon
  • Piazza Navona
  • The Jewish Ghetto, and other sites in Rome
Excursions to:
  • Ostia Antica
  • Pompeii
Together we will learn to cook, eat, and drink like Italians as we take:
  • An Italian cooking class
An optional excursion at additional cost, has been created especially for this program to beautiful Florence Italy, where we will have guided tours and plenty of free time to enjoy Florence.  If weather permits another optional excursion to Venice will be suggested.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Deposit: $450 (paid to AIFS) due by October 2, 2017

Then join us for a wonderful experience studying famous and infamous Italian Orators, Artists, Poets and Inventors in Rome Italy!
In this 3 week course you will be able to take your public speaking skills to the next level as you learn more about yourself, Italian culture, art, food, and history.

Development of advanced skills in oral presentations, including audience analysis, presentation technologies, and multi-media applications. Special consideration paid to research and critical analysis of written and oral presentation content and delivery.
